It’s such a glorious weekend there are bound to be lots of people out and about. Thousands will no doubt be descending on London and those who live in the capital city will be making the most of the sunshine to head for the parks or the river or shady inns. I spent months researching the hundreds of haunted locations in Central and Greater London and these are all now accurately plotted on Google maps, using the GPS in each phone to find the user’s location and show them the closest spooky sites. The maps can then be explored as the user fancies. The database of 300-plus locations, together with info on the ghosts said to be haunting them, can be browsed or searched. Many of London’s parks are said to be haunted and there are numerous tales of apparitions seen on the bridges over the Thames and also along the riverside. There are also very many haunted pubs and other prime sites, including some of London’s top tourist destinations.
