Paul Stevenson’s ‘Haunted Magazine’ has been relaunched in digital format. Describing itself as ‘The Original Horror/Paranormal Pick ‘n’ Mix Magazine’, Haunted is a winning blend of articles on ghosts and other supernatural phenomena, along with features on horror movies, literature and general gothciky genre stuff. It’s a bright and breezy read which Paul believes will help blow away the cobwebs from the subject of the paranormal, which he thinks can get way too serious.
The new Haunted is 160 pages long and absolutely stuffed with creepy, gory fun. There are interviews, reviews, original features and cartoons. It’s visually striking, with a lot of thought being put into the design. At just £1.69 it’s also remarkably good value, working out at about a penny a page! The magazine is easy to download and the page-turning software is equally user-friendly. Reproduction quality is superb.
Haunted is well worth a punt of anyone’s money, especially if you’re interested in the horror genre as well as the paranormal. And there’s an extra incentive – the first TEN people to download the new Haunted Magazine and mention ‘Ghost Finder’ in the order details will get a free download of my iPhone app Ghost Finder London. Ghost Finder London has mapped more than 300 haunted sites throughout the city, together with information on all the ghosts said to be haunting them written by my good self. It’s a frighteningly good resource for Londoners and visitors alike.
